Default BSOD

Hi
I just re-installed XP HE on my notebook a couple of weeks ago and started
having this problem . While i work on it , it just freezes up and after a
while i get the blue screen of death with a message " Begining Physical Dump
of Memory - and then it shuts down and restarts . The last blue screen i got
also had the message
" Win32K Sys Address BF8EBE8D Base at BF800000 date stamp 43446a58 "

After it re-starts , i try to log in , but the blue screen comes back .
starts dumping memory again and re-starts .

Does anyone have any idea whats going on ? Would appreciate any help . I
have so much info on the pc , i can afford to loose them .

Thanks .

Hi

Could you please post the Stop Code from the BSOD?

Have you virus checked your system with the latest definitions for your AV
program? 'win32k.sys would suggest an infection.

I am getting soo many stop messages i dont know which one to apply .
I just tried restarting now and got a new message on the login screen .
"Windows was unable to save all the data for the file C:\$Mft . The data has
been lost . This error may be caused by a failure of your computerhardware or
network connection . Please save this data elsewhere ".

At this point , will formatting the drive solve my problem . I just need to
be able to login one more time so i can retireve some vital info and then
will gladly format . Can someone please help .
