Ensure that one single hard drive only is connected during the installation.

That last article should be used ***only*** if the boot drive letter was C:\
to begin with and was inadvertantly changed. If it was not, do NOT use the steps there under any circumstances. That article is meant to correct an error, not as a means of changing the original installation. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Associate Expert - WindowsXP Expert Zone www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "Unk" <not@aol.com> wrote in message news:umchr11iu09kc2j2ngh0e9sdrkravqdpdg@4ax.com... > On Mon, 2 Jan 2006 12:45:07 +0800, "Jacky Luk" <jl@knight.com> wrote: > >>Hi, >>My XP CD installs the boot drive to N: , how do I change it back to C: ? All that's needed is the keyboard, mouse, single CD drive, and single hard drive. -- Rock MS MVP Windows - Shell/User |
