Default Outlook Express

After installing some desktop themes then uninstalling them my Outlook
Express Icon is now the default windows Icon in the start menu.
How can I get it back?

The Icon for Outlook Express in the Start Menu is the only icon that is
displayed as the windows default icon. Other outlook express icons are okay.
When you right click on the icon in the start menu(on the left side of the
screen after you click on "Start") there is not the properties option.

If that is the only icon that has the problem, right-click on it and
delete it. Then drag another copy of the OE icon to your Start Menu
from one of the other OE icons that is OK. Right-click on the Start
button and choose "Explore" to manage your Start Menu.
