help!!!!Get past windows splash screen????
Been away for xmas ..booted up windows XP and is hanging on the win splash screen (black screen with windows XP home edition screen) Is there a way of getting beyond that screen? Yes tried it in safe and still the same problem TIA

Use F8 Safe Mode w/command prompt
and run System Restore!!
