I used to surf a site but later on some of the images that have links in the
site are not shown! the link of the image work but the image itself doesn't
appear in the site? There is that little red-crossed which means the image is
not showing!!
I am using Internet Explorer - Win XP

What is the problem? Shall I uninstall Internet Explorer software?

You can't uninstall IE from XP.
