Default Recycle

I have a number of PC's comprising wired home network. On all I use Webroots
Window Washer v6. I 've recently noticed, on one machine only, that it fails
to recognise it has emptied the the recycle bin. I've removed and
re-installed Window Washer but still shows over 500MB wanting deleting -
always same amount. Any ideas what's happened and what I should do? I
thinking of removing application and editing registry to remove entries of
"Window Washer" then re-install application and see what happens.

Go to Kelly's site at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm. Click
on "R" and scroll to recycle bin for some ideas.
