Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users. Then open the Programs folder. Create new subfolders then rearrange shortcuts. -- =========================== TaurArian [MS-MVP] 2005-2006 =========================== Rentalman wrote: > When I click open all programs, I have so many that they are all > accross my screen, is there a way to put some or all of them into > folders, IE Spreadsheets in one, wordprocessing in another & so on. > Thank-you in advance > Gerry |

Gerry,
Use Windows Explorer to organize your Start Menu folders, as Taurarian said. Or you can try the freeware utility called "Tidy Start Menu" to organize the folders into preset groups.
