When I go to My Computer, I get the Windows XP flashlight or search light for
about 45 seconds before I see a list of my drives. Similar delay when I try to save or open a file from various software using a drop-down menu to locate a folder - big delay before I see the drives/folders. Any idea what is causing this? BTW, I had this problem for a long time, but it went away temporarily when I went thru a big process 2-3 months ago getting rid of a virus and doing some adware and spyware clean-up. But then the problem soon came back, and I can't seem to get rid of it. Thanks! |
