Files and Settings Transfer Question

Default Files and Settings Transfer Question

When there are several user accounts, I noticed that only one user's files get transferred. Am I supposed to log on all of the accounts or is this some glitch or what? It's no problem when there is only one account to worry about.

Thanks a million. Looks like I have a corrupted FAST file; so I'm gonna
start over.
