Hi
What's wrong with using Add/Remove Programs? An entry for QuickBooks 'should' have been created there. -- Will Denny MS MVP Windows Shell/User Please reply to the News Groups "greywolf" <greywolf@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:0CB3E066-CC93-4E52-BBAE-0042896FAEFC@microsoft.com... > Thanks for the idea Will. This is where the orginial problem began. Quickbooks is not showing up in the
add/remove programs, as are several other programs previously installed on this computer. We first tried to address this but never could get it. Re-installed the program twice with no avail. Looked in regedit to see if could understand the problem &/or rename it with no success. Thought that if we could uninstall the program then reinstall it then it would be on the add/remove program. We need it to be there for another issue which we will spare you from. thanks for your support, any idea's? -- grey wolf hvac, inc.
