It's not a popup in a traditional sense, bu tit's still annoying. Whenever I
or any of my family logs into their account, we are greeted with a box that tells us that the web page we requested is not available offline, would we like to 1) stay offline or 2) connect? It comes up all...the....time!!! We do not even have to be connected or even online in IE, but the logo in the corner of the box has a tiny red x and a lower case blue e. This is IE, but we do not have their page set as our home page. I've tried connecting and seeing where the tag would lead, but it varies. Sometimes it's for Windows Media Player, sometimes, it's for the Microsoft Update page, sometimes it's a blank page. I've also tried going to IE, going to my home page, synchronizing it, adding to My Favourites, and checking "Make Available Offline". None of these have helped any at all or altered it in any way. How can I find what program is causing this box to appear constantly and how to stop the stupid thing from annoying us to death? It's been going on for weeks now. |

botton in the lower left of the window, click the web tab and clear the check box under web pages , see if your problem goes away ....regards "Dragonfly_961" wrote: > It's not a popup in a traditional sense, bu tit's still annoying.
