I am a new XP user needing asisstance with several issues and I am unable to
access my replies to posts in the XP discussions via Entourage. I click on the link in email message and receive the following error message: "The system cannot find the file specified." I have to go to MS home page>Log in>search Support> etc...please advise; I am spending more time looking for my posts than addressing issues! |

Since you are using the web interface, you may not realize that this is really a newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you learn to use a newsreader. Here are some links to information about newsgroups: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usenet http://groups.google.com/support/bin...ge=basics.html - Basics of Usenet http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page3.html#12-09-02 - a brief explanation of newsgroups http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html http://aumha.org/nntp.htm - list of MS newsgroups You'll have to Google around for newsreaders for Mac.
