when I minimize the windows - no matter it is IE, Outlook Express, Excel,
word or whatever...., it disappear behind the horizontal tootbar at the
bottom. I just could not find them on the bottom toolbar as before.
whenever I press Alt + tab, I can get them back to maximize on the screen.
Please help me to correct this.
