Hi,
To stop the service go to Start - Run and type services.msc then press enter. Locate the service and double click on it. Click Stop and set Startup type to either manual or Disable. To remove the service completely, uninstall the executable responsible for installing it. To help identify the this, take a look at Path to executable in the service properties. -- Regards, Bert Kinney MS-MVP Shell/User http://bertk.mvps.org vbehler wrote: > i need to be able to delete a dependancy from a service > Service Name > PMObserv > > Cheers Vince |
