Default Undeletable Media File

I have a video media file (associating itself with my WinDVD program) which
refuses to be deleted.
It wont also be moved, opened, copied, or allow me to look at its
properties, etc. When i right click on it, all it shows me are a list of open
options (which dont work)
It doent give me a file sharing violation message, it just simply dosnt do
anything!
I have tried booting into safe mode and deleting it there, and also
downloading a file ownership program, but to no avail.

Please Help!

Ayd

Hi

Have you tried deleting the file from a command prompt after clearing all
the attributes?

Hi

Try the Utility that Chas has posted a link to first. Hopefully you won't
have to fiddle about with attributes.
