hello,
I have been using XP PRO for a while and on a computer under the "My computer" link, under "files stored on this computer" area I lost one of my "<user x> Documents". When I clicked on all of the other users I got hte their documents folder...when I clicked on this user I got sent to a path that pointed ot an invalid path ( f:/documents and settings/networkservices/<user name> documents"). That path was not valid because that drive was taken out of the system but when the user clicked on the "my documents" link on the left hand side, it took him to the correct path... c:/document and settings..etc..... So I erased that folder from the "my computer" link with "eraser" so I need to know how to put it back into the system under "my computer". So if anyone can help me add back a folder under my computer for a user's documents it will be greatly appreciated. thank you |
