Default Copying volume discs

My volume XP Pro disc will not boot [too scratched. When it was new I copied
onto a spare drive on my computer is there a way to get it off there and
onto a bootable disc. I tried slipstreaming it by two different places and
it got to the burning phase and it failed to burn>
Any ideas how to get a copy?
Bruce
