That is the fault of the uninstall that came with the application and
it is not uncommon. I delete the application folder that is left behind when that happens. ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP Windows - Internet Explorer http://dts-l.org/index.html On Tue, 3 Jan 2006 22:50:12 +0200, "luminore" <luminor@luminor.com> wrote: >I have uninstalled unnecessary program via Add/Remove program, but find that >there is still remains application folder, > >C:\Program Files\Application_name >Why uninstalling is not clear? >Is the manually removing this folder 100% safe? > >thanks > |

Many don't fully clean up after themselves. Manually delete the folder after first checking to make sure there's nothing inside you need. -- Rock MS MVP Windows - Shell/User |
