I have guest account status enabled in |Group Policy|Security Settings|Security Options| and guest account is ON in |ControlPanel|UserAccounts| When I click on 'Guest' on the welcome screen the screen turns black and the HD is churning for a short while and then the welcome screen is shown again. The following is from 'Event log' Event Type: Success Audit Event Source: Security Event Category: Logon/Logoff Event ID: 528 Date: 2006/01/02 Time: 12:07:58 PM User: BLUEYONDER\Guest Computer: BLUEYONDER Description: Successful Logon: User Name: Guest Domain: BLUEYONDER Logon ID: (0x0,0x163B1D) Logon Type: 2 Logon Process: Advapi Authentication Package: Negotiate Workstation Name: BLUEYONDER Logon GUID: {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} Event Type: Success Audit Event Source: Security Event Category: Privilege Use Event ID: 576 Date: 2006/01/02 Time: 12:08:00 PM User: BLUEYONDER\Guest Computer: BLUEYONDER Description: Special privileges assigned to new logon: User Name: Domain: Logon ID: (0x0,0x16A343) Privileges: SeChangeNotifyPrivilege What is that telling me?
