Default XP Home SP2 pop-up blocker and Pogo

I am running XP home that came bundled with SP2 on a Dell. We have 2
users set up as admin accounts. User 1 has no problem playing Pogo
games with the blocker turned off or on allowing Pogo pop-ups. User 2
however can not get into Pogo game rooms with out holding down Ctrl,
Alt, Shift with the same settings as User 1 or with the blocker off. I
have went through and removed the Dell and Microsoft trial programs and
the free tool bars. I have seen others having the same problems after
SP2 but not effecting only 1 user. Any ideas? Thanks.

You do not have to turn-off the pop-up blocker
to play POGO. However, you must install Java.
