Default computer turning off

A while ago I started having a few problems gettimg my computer to turn
off without holding down the power button for 3 secs. It gradually got
worse, but was still ok although would randomly turn itself off every
once in a while. About a month ago I finally got around to switching
out the PS since I figured that was the problem. No luck. About 2
weeks agao I finally got around to making some other hardware changes
and reinstalling windows (on top of it self). It was still turning off
randomly. I went on vacation for a week now that I'm back I can't get
the machine to stay on long enough for windows to finish opening the
items in the startup file (not a whole lot since I'm still installing
stuff). When I say that it is turning off I mean that I'm getting no
video, keyboard, or mouse (the keyboard shortcuts to my KVM won't work
either), but the HD, CD drives, and PS are still on. I do have the cpu
temp monitoring software that came with the MB installed and it has not
given any warning beeps.

The PS, old HD running win, and video have all been replaced, still a
problem. I'm planning on taking out sticks of mem next and seeing if
it will work, any ideas
