xp no speech recognition tab

Hi all,

There is no speech recognition tab under the speech in control panel.
Microsoft website suggest to install from Microsoft office which I
don't have. I have search the forum for info but no suitable answer.
Please advise what sound software should I install or I just need to
config the xp only?

You would need to purchase some software that does speech recognition
