Default Event Viewer ID 1000

I got the event viewer ID 1000 in the Event Viewer. The error message said:
"Faulting application tiwin.exe, version XXX, faulting module kernel32.dll,
version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0001eb33.

I am running Windows XP, SP2. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix
this problem?

Thanks.

Do you have any intuit products installed? One possibility is that
tiwin.exe is associated with the Track-It Client. See the first entry
on this google search.

You might try uninstalling or reinstalling the application that uses it
or contact that apps tech support.

Thanks very much for your prompt response and suggestions, Rock.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the application solved the problem.
