My left click button has gone wrong. It sticks down and doesn't always work.
It's also very noisy to use, can you replace them?

You're talking about the built-in button in a laptop? No, you can't
replace it. You can buy a mouse that will work with your machine. If
you have USB ports, you'll find USB mice all over the place, and not
very expensive. If not, you'll need to find one that will plug into
the serial port. Those aren't hard to come by, and many USB mice come
with an adapter for the serial port.
