I got the event viewer ID 1000 in the Event Viewer. The error message said:
"Faulting application tiwin.exe, version XXX, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0001eb33. I am running Windows XP, SP2. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks. |

See the first entry on this google search. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...xe&btnG=Search You might try uninstalling or reinstalling the application that uses it or contact that apps tech support. -- Rock MS MVP Windows - Shell/User |

Thanks very much for your prompt response and suggestions, Rock.
