My USB ports do not seem to function properly (not sure what caused the
change -- they all worked fine a while back). If I install a device, such as a USB flash drive, I get the "found new hardware" message, and then the hardware wizard searches for software, which it does not find. The device is not recognized in device manager under USB ports, but shows up with errors as "other device" and if I click properties the response is that the drivers are not installed and it can't find them. Suggestions? Thanks. |
