Event ID 4191-EVENT_TCPIP_ADAPTER_REG_FAILURE
My pc is always crashing with this Event ID 4191--IP could not open the
registry key for adapter %2. Interfaces on this adapter will not be initialized. Symbolic Name:EVENT_TCPIP_ADAPTER_REG_FAILURE I have tryed evething to fix need help. Check for viruses and spyware in safe mode. reset TCPIP.

Tried reinstall TCP/IP same promble nothing happen any suggestion?
