My issue turned out to be a bad server on my ISP (in spite of their denials). Heirloom, old and it could happen |

Culprit was Norton's Firewall settings. I deleted all Norton program firewall rules and had it automatically reset as programs were being used. Fixt it. -- Darrell R. I remember you, now! It was my father that was the first to aerial refuel the Hustler on its' around-the-world speed record.
