When I click Add Hardware option in Printers and Other Hardware screen, I get
an Info Box that says "Cannot run two device installations - You can only install one device at a time. Another device installation is underway, when it is finished you can try this wizard again." I do not have anyother hardware installations going on - that I know of. I get this every time I select the Add Hardware option. I think this is behind the problems I am having getting the computer to recognize digital cameras. |

Thanks for the suggestion, but I got the same result when I opened the Add
Hardware wizard that way. It is like there is some installation running that I cannot find. What happens if you let the first one finish? Also look in Device manager for any devices with a yellow ?. -- Rock MS MVP Windows - Shell/User |
