None of that helps.
I have checked all the standard things, connections, batteries, keyboard, etc. I've tried 4 different keyboards and none of them work in Windows. 1 USB Wired Keyboard, 1 USB Wireless Keyboard, 1 PS2 Wired Keyboard, and 1 PS2 Wireless Keyboard |

Here is what i have fro PS/2 hard wired keyboard.
c:\windows\system32\drivers\i8042prt.sys c:\windows\system32\drivers\kbdclass.sys check to see if you have these driver files.
