HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Computer boots then crashes

I am using a PC Chips m981g mb with an intel P4 3.0 478 processor and ddr

Try to get a bios update for your MB. Had that prob with my asus p4s8x-mx MB
& p4 3.0GHz sck 478 cpu.
