Hi!

I have a Vaio computer Mod: VGC-RB10MV and I have a problem with my burner
DVD RW/CD RW.
It can't open a CD-ROM, burn music or copy files but it can only read DVD
movies and burn DVD

Please send me something to fix it.

Try removing the entry for the device from Control Panel - System -
Device Manager. Then reboot the computer. It will automatically
redetect the device and load the appropriate device drivers and
configuration settings.
