Problems with DVD/RW drive.
I have a Dell E510 that has a drive HL-DT-ST DVD+ - RW GWA 41648 drive.
I can put a program CD in the drive such as Windows disk and the drive reads it. If I put a data disk that was written on another Dell and seen by all Dells in the office, it can't see information on disk. If I try to write as new data disk Windows keeps asking me to insert a blank disk. Same thing if I ask it to erase or format the disk. What should I do?
