Susie...re your windows SP2 problem, there is a solution for
uninstalling it on the Microsoft web site try this link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/875350/

If you do a search on the same site on how to install SP2 it may help
if you did something wrong when you installed it so you can try again.
