Hello, I am attempting to update my iPod via iTunes on my IBM T41 running Windows XP. The icon box flashes red for one second but does not update any of the songs in the iTunes library. Any ideas?? Thanks, Joey -- joeybergeron |

If you do not get further help from here, check www.apple.com for help.This may be a problem with this special software/hardware. |
