Default Explain print server to me please?

http://www.pcconnection.com/ProductDetail?Sku=319299

This is the one I want but I am a little confused. I have the HP 895cxi
printer (an old one!). It has a parallel cable running from the back of the
printer to the computer's parallel port.

Now will this print server above plug directly into the back of my printer
where the parallel cable is now and then I run an ethernet cable from the
print server to the D-Link Wireless router I am using?

Is that right?

The link you posted is for a Netgear print server.

The answer is probably. Some HP's are Windows printers and don't like to be
networked. Most work just fine hooked up to a printserver. Netgear and/or HP
will know for sure.
