Hi All
When you switch the monitor on by the power switch it makes a crackling or ( like a static ) sound, this is normal, but what I would like to know is, when you exit a program, windows explorer, Outlook Express, Lotus Smart Suite, or Internet Explorer, it does the same crackling or ( like a static ) sound, is this normal with Philips monitors, or not with any monitors ? I personally think this was faulty when I bought it. Bought Monitor 12 January 2004. Can one correct this, what is causing it or what should I do, other than claiming warranty ?
