Default 64 bit

Sometime in 2006 when vista comes out I am planning to get a new
pc with vista. Should I switch to 64 bit?

Will I have a problem with drivers if I do this?

Since you are asking, you have no reason to switch, so the answer is no.

Since you are asking, you have no idea as to whether 64 bit drivers for
your hardware even exist, so the answer is yes.
