Default Delayed boot from cold since power supply failure

The new power supply has been installed but the boot from cold hangs for
about 2 minutes at the Intel motherboard splash, then everything boots
normally. I've whittled it down to my bluetooth dongle. If I remove it
before booting everything is fine. Afterwards the dongle works fine. Is it
possible that it's damaged in some way?
I tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Maybe a format/reinstallation of
Windows?

I could be wrong but it sounds to me like your BIOS is confused when its
scanning the device. It probably doesnt understand what the device is.

I would consider trying a BIOS update. You can cause you board to no longer
respond if you make a mistake while updating the BIOS. So be careful.

I didn't explain it properly. The power supply failed. Prior to that
everything was fine. Either the failure did something to my BT dongle or to
the USBs or somewhere, HD or motherboard?. Anyway, I called the repair shop
as it's still under warranty, and they said to bring it in and they'll do
some diagnostics.
Knowing my luck, they wont find anything wrong and I'll just have to live
with it. My BIOS is up to date by the way.
