I can't remove a program called "Picture Package" from add/remo, i have tried
going into safe mode and get the same error mgs. I can remove anything else
no problems, i have deleted most of the files but its annoying me. The error
i get is...

close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Any idea's

The usual advice given in your situation is to reinstall the program,
reboot, and then attempt uninstall again.

If that doesn't work, your next best bet is to contact the company that
wrote the program.
