Everytime on startup my machine does a chkdsk on one of the partitions.
Can this be elimnated? OS is WinXP Sp2. TIA shaka |

Assuming your disk is formatted as NTFS, if you go to a command prompt or
type cmd at the run command and type chkntfs/? you can see the options to turn off the check at boot time.
