Nvidia Chipset and ATI

I have a questions. How to know that mainbaord use what chipset? But if
my mainbaord use nforce4 chipset. Can I use ATI graphic card? ummmmm do
u think Nvidia is better than ATI? now I use Geforce 6600GT DDR3 128MB
do u think it good for play shooting game?

Usually you can use any video card with a mainboard. Technical details
can be found out with software like Everest Home
(http://www.lavalys.com). You could also scan the home page of the
computer's manufacturer or the manufacturer of the mainboard for
further information.
