I have 2 dvd/cd drives that have stopped reading any discs. Upon checking the drives under "my computer" I see no disc data. When I double click a drive under my computer a box comes up and says please insert a disc, altough a disc with data is already there! I know this is not a drive/laser issue because both drives went down at the same time. This must be a software issue?Apparently I have accidently done something to cause this. Please HELP!!! Thanks, Craig -- edward8676 |
