Hi, here is my problem, I recently purchased a Sony MP3 player, it came
with a program for loading music onto the player, I started the install
process and it run for approx 80% of the installation process then
stopped, I left it overnight but nothing, I re started the PC.

I noticed a number of error messages when I re started the PC so I un
installed the programs that I had tried to install the day before. I
did this and the PC seemed to be ok.

After about a week I tried to use one of the internal memory card
readers in the PC, the PC did not recognise any of the three card
readers that I tried, all were working perfectly before. I went to "My
Computer" and tried to locate the card readers, they were not there,
previously these were found on "My Computer" and had individual drive
letter allocations.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
