Default HELP....pci.sys missing or corrupt

Heres the situation....I had a Kernal Data "image/imape" Error....I can't
remember what it stated...It dump some type of memory and re-booted...Now it
states that the pci.sys is either missing or corrupt...I went to knowledge
base and it suggested that I remove all pci cards & a memory module and
re-boot to see if that works....It did not...

Any suggestions how to fix.....

FYI I have the MCE 2005 pre-loaded and have not burned any system recovery
disks...

Charlie
