I have a co-worker that we just installed Windows XP Pro with service pack 2. They can access the Outlook Express, but they can't use the Internet. Any suggestion would be helpfull. Todd -- Glamis |

When reposting, be a little more specific. "They can't use the Internet" is far too vague to be of any value. |

Sorry for not being very informative, this is the info I got from them, the system allows them to send and receive e-mail, but when they try to access the Internet it gives them a blank page, I was wondering if it is a bad DNS, I had them go into the Internet properties and set all the web content to default level and Advanced, Restore Defaults, but no luck. Thanks -- Glamis |

At the moment it's like you asking a carpenter for advice on a toothache problem. in a |
