Default Old Motherboard Problem

I have an old system that I am trying to keep running as a backup. The
problem is that it has a Micro-Star MS-6309 LE2 Version:2.1 motherboard with
bulging capacitors. It currently has a Pentium III 1ghz. processor in it.
Needles to say, Micro-Star doesn't make this board any longer, and no one
seems to have any new ones in stock.

So, can anyone recommend a replacement board ?

Any Asus or Aopen comparable motherboard with same assets.
I'd rather not find a source for you at this time.
