Same problem here, too. If I'm *offline*, the US Robotics
ControlCenter will detect my modem. However, if I try to use Instant Update, it won't dial. I get "Error 500 No Data (Winsock Error #11004)". If I'm *online*, the ControlCenter will not detect my modem because it is already in use. It is a Catch 22 indeed. Anyone have any info? > Just a passerby with a similar problem.
