Right click on My Computer and select manage. On the following screen,
click on Disk Management. They should appear on the right hand side of the screen. Reassign the letters.......... bearing in mind you cannot call it G again if something else is already G. You would have to reassign G to (say) L, reboot and then reassign H to G. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging http://www.coribright.com/windows "Hilton C" <Hilton C@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:28808483-187B-4503-BD52-06CFF0F019DC@microsoft.com... > The lette designator on my removable disk just changed by itself from > drive > G/: to drive H/: Why did this happened?
