Device Cannot be Found
I just purchased a creative zen neeon. After i installed the software, my
computer cannot dectect my mp3 player through the usb. I tried a different cable and that didnt work, and i also tried another exact mp3player so obviously it is my machine. Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

yes i have spoken to someone at technical support at creative, but the
